Arm Injury

Simple fractures with fast and complete recovery: £1,000 to £3,000.

Serious fractures with good recovery: £9,000 to £19,500.


Cheekbone Injury

Simple fracture, minor surgery: £2,000 to £7,500.


Eye Injury

Minor injuries resulting in some pain and interference with vision: £2,000 to £4,000.


Elbow Injury

Moderate or minor injury such as simple fractures or tennis elbow where there is no permanent damage or impairment of function of the joint: up to £6,000.


Foot Injury

Minor: £1,000 to £6,000.


Head Injury

Minor injuries involving no brain damage up to: £7,000.


Hand Injury

Amputation of little finger: £4000 to £5850.

Loss of part of little finger where tip is sensitive: £2000 to £2750.


Hair Injury

£1,000 to £15,000


Jaw Injury

Simple fracture, some immobilisation, full recovery: £3,000 - £8,500.


Leg Injury

Simple fracture of tibia or fibula up to: £5,000.


Nose Injury

Simple undisplaced with full recovery: £750 to £3,000.



Injury Minor injury such as soft tissue damage causing considerable pain but recovery almost complete within one year: £2,000 to £3,750.


Teeth Injury

Loss of one front tooth: £1,000 - £5,000.

Loss of two front teeth: £2,000 - £7,500.
